How do I find the taxi driver at the airport?

Our driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it. In the same way, when confirming the reservation, we will give you a telephone number so that you can contact the taxi driver prior to your arrival.

What happens if there are delays in my flight?

In case of delay, you will not have to pay for the wait in any case and we will adapt to your schedule at no cost.

When do we pay for the service?

Our services are always paid at the end of the tour, when you are at your destination. The services will be paid in Euros.

What happens if the vehicle suffers an accident on the way to our destination?

If the vehicle suffers any mishap, we will proceed to send you another vehicle as soon as possible at no cost to leave you at your destination as soon as possible.

What do I have to do if my luggage is lost?

Go to the lost baggage office inside the baggage claim hall and let them know what is missing. They will take care of sending your luggage to the accommodation when it appears.
